About Rishe
Rishe means “root” in Persian. We chose the name as a reflection of where our work begins: with wood, a natural material shaped by time, with its own grain, texture and character. It also represents our approach to design — creating objects that feel grounded and lasting, while bringing a modern perspective to a timeless material.
At Rishe, we create wooden objects for everyday spaces and moments. Our designs are simple and contemporary, with careful attention to proportion, detail and the natural character of the wood.

Every Rishe piece begins with a design and a carefully selected piece of wood.
We combine modern tools with hands-on craftsmanship throughout our process. CNC machining allows us to shape our designs with precision and consistency, while the work continues by hand — refining edges, sanding surfaces, applying finishes and taking care of the small details that give each piece its final character.
For designs that call for finer details, we use laser engraving to create precise patterns, illustrations and personal touches.
It is a process that brings together precision and craftsmanship, technology and touch — allowing us to create modern wooden pieces while preserving what makes the material itself unique.
